Generation 2.010 - future

elite-beat-agents-screenshot-are-you-ready1.jpg

In the following blogs I would like to give my perspective on generation 2.010 and their way to position themselves against Europe, capitalism, main values and their own awareness of a self in a fast changing world, how does the future look like!?

Generation 2010 is pragmatic, lives in a world that is changing fast. Technologies renew, we educate people for jobs that still don’t even exist and with upcoming Asia with millions of students, degrees will have a different value as the past. The new generation has to re-position itself by advantages of their new culture, they feel home everywhere and can live everywhere they want. They have to live in the disembodied

The new European generation 2.010

In the following blogs I would like to give my perspective on generation 2.010 and their way to position themselves against Europe, capitalism, main values and their own awareness of a self in a fast changing world, how does the new generation look like?

Following Rifkin the American Dream with its emphasis on property rights and individual material security is a dying facet of an industrial past, while the European Dream, with its emphasis on human rights and community, is the wave of our postmodern and postindustrial future.

Networks - the age of acces

In the following blogs I would like to give my perspective on generation 2.010 and their way to position themselves against Europe, capitalism, main values and their own awareness of a self in a fast changing world, in this blog I would like to focus on networkorganizations. From top-down organization to network organizationA big part of generation 2.010 will work in the network organization, to position and prepare itself against the network organization, we have to rethink our ways of thinking about organizations. Generation 2.010 can live the four hour work week (Timothy Feriss) if they want, if gives a lot of opportunities, at least if they understand what’s going to change for them. (more…)

Generation 2.010

In the following blogs I would like to give my perspective on generation 2.010 and their way to position themselves against Europe, capitalism, main values and their own awareness of a self in a fast changing world. In this blog I would like to explain about generation 2.010!

The old industrial paradigms or done, a new digital area of time has started and this is the first generation that has to deal with an overlap in differences and time. This generation has to guide following generations on the right way (ethical) in a globalized world, the question if they are capable for this and how do they have to do this?

Generation 2.010 - rebuilding the self

In the following blogs I would like to give my perspective on generation 2.010 and their way to position themselves against Europe, capitalism, main values and their own awareness of a self in a fast changing world. In this blog I would like to focus on positioning the self to generation 2.010

In the industrial area we lost ourselves as human being, we watched to ourselves and other human beings like individual trade wear. (Fromm, the independent human 1947) We alienated ourselves from the world around us and we gave ourselves no opportunity to be a creative part of our world. A fast changing Europe, which needs innovative ways of thoughts and creativity to hold its central position in the world.

After the industrial 20th century we need to reconstruct the self (Charles Taylor, sources of the self) and we need to rebuild a world where on the one hand see our lives as a piece of art (against nihilism, Joep Dohmen). I think that especially for generation 2.010 it will be important to be aware of what world we are, we need to re-position ourselves on the complexity of world through knowledge, technologies, environment and mental awareness. The question is how?  One way to reposition ourselves in to see life as a piece of art, back to Michel Foucault, well articulated by professor Dohmen.

Rethinking generation 2.010

In the following blogs I would like to give my perspective on generation 2.010 and their way to position themselves against Europe, capitalism, main values and their own awareness of a self in a fast changing world.

How should generation 2.010 change their minds and re-position itself in times of networkorganisations, global changes and an ecological growing consciousness.

How generation 2.010 should deal with growing consequenses of today’s world – in order of the lectures of lecturer Fernando Suarez – Master Organisation Studies – University for Humanistics.

“Every generation imagines itself to be more intelligent than the one went before it, and wiser than the one comes after it”

George Orwell (1903-1950)
